Because digital products cannot be returned after delivery, all digital product sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, refunds, exchanges, or credits will not be provided except where required by applicable law.
Aquascape Oasis provides custom aquarium design services that begin immediately upon scheduling, research, planning, or design work.
Because these services involve time, expertise, and customized work prepared specifically for each client, all design service fees are non-refundable.

Clients may cancel future meetings or consultations by contacting us as soon as possible.
However, cancellation of a consultation or project does not entitle the client to a refund for services that have already been scheduled, performed, or prepared.
